Bailey Christian Studio - Fulfillment Policy
Proofing & Ordering Process: All images are uploaded to a secure online gallery where customers can view and place their orders. Galleries are typically available within 5-10 business days after photo day.
Customers are notified via text or email when their gallery is live.
Digital Orders: Digital downloads are delivered via email within 24-72 hours after payment is received. Customers will receive a link to access and download their high-resolution images.
Print Product Orders: Print orders (e.g., photo prints, posters, banners) are processed and shipped directly to the customer by our professional lab. Most print orders ship within 7-10 business days, though shipping times may vary depending on volume and product type.
Custom or specialty items (e.g., blankets, metal prints, team panoramics) may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on product and location.
Customers will receive tracking information when available. Bailey Christian Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Order Issues or Corrections: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: Email: customerservice@baileychristianstudio.com Phone: 830.266.9902. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a refund, reprint, or exchange.
Custom Products & Team Orders: Custom-designed items or team-wide orders may require extra processing time. You will be notified of estimated fulfillment timelines at the time of ordering.
